David joined the company in 1990 as a developer. He progressed to become the chief architect and lead developer for the very successful HEALTHpac 4 product. Subsequently, he headed the design team for our new generation system, Javelina™. Using his experience in both software design and the healthcare industry, David continues to provide vision for our products and services. He has been quoted in a number of publications and appeared on discussion panels providing the industry with a strong voice.
David has attended St. John's College and Massey University in New Zealand, and completed a five-year stint at Information Management Services where he specialized in inventory control and payroll applications.

Gary joined the company in 2010 and currently manages all IT infrastructure, application architecture and support services - both for Javelina and HEALTHpac customers. Prior to this, Gary managed IT operations for Pegasus Solutions, the leading provider of technology and services to hotels and travel distributors. During his ten years at Pegasus, Gary managed various teams within IT, including data center operations, UNIX and Windows system administration, database administration, data and voice networks, service management, capacity and performance management, and desktop support. In addition, Gary was the lead architect in the design and construction of Pegasus' data center in Scottsdale, AZ. Prior to Pegasus, Gary held the position of Account Manager at Anasazi/REZsolutions, where he managed all aspects of IT service delivery for several major customers, including Hilton Hotels, Cendant Corporation and THISCo. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the

Marleen DeCosta leads the Product Management team for Javelina. This function allows Marleen to utilize her deep healthcare operations background and the capabilities of our modern technology to shape the ongoing direction of the Javelina product. In so doing, Marleen works directly with clients, strategic partners and technology leaders to ensure the product retains compliance levels and its leadership position in the healthcare payer space. Marleen and her team represent years of experience in the industry along with a passion for teamwork and collaboration. Prior to joining us in 2010, Marleen worked 20 years at United Healthcare in various operational capacities. Marleen earned her Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from Arizona State University.
Rakesh H Katte
Vice President - Product Development
Rakesh brings over 14 years of Software Engineering experience to his current role as leader of the Javelina Center of Excellence for product development in Bangalore, India. Since being a founding member of the Javelina development team in 2006, Rakesh has been instrumental in the development of Claims Processing, Consumer Driven Health Plan, Disability, Authorizations and numerous other modules across the modern enterprise platform. The COE delivery organization encompasses Product Development, Quality Assurance and Automation functions. Rakesh earned a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from PES Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India.
As Director, Yolanda leads the HEALTHpac Product Support team which is responsible for the delivery of all client and product initiatives. This team supports the creation of business specifications, triaging of customer issues, quality assurance for HEALTHpac product releases and overall account management. She acts as a mentor to her team members and acts as the primary liaison for several key accounts. She is also instrumental in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to help improve the HEALTHpac product. Yolanda has been with Eldorado for over 15 years having previously been a customer service lead for a local Third Party Administrator. Yoli is a member of the senior leadership team.
Director Of Javelina Implementations
Jenni Bryda joined the company in April 2014 as a Program Manager and has since taken the role of Director of Javelina Implementations. Jenni’s responsibilities include managing the project management, consulting, and conversions teams. Prior to this, Jenni led a program of projects to implement patient portals in 30 hospitals on three different platforms in the southwestern U.S. with Dignity Health. She has a long history in healthcare information technology with electronic medical records systems, patient accounting systems, laboratory systems and more with Mayo Clinic. She specializes in system implementations and process improvements. She has established a standardized implementation methodology and supporting tools at Eldorado that has served many of our clients well. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in Global Business and her Master’s Degree from Western Governors University in Business with an emphasis in IT Management. She also holds PMP and PMI-ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute.
