Primary functions: The Client Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with Eldorado customer accounts, as assigned. This individual acts as the internal client advocate in the delivery of all Eldorado products and services, working across all departments and with the client directly, to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The Client Account Manager will provide top-notch customer service and support. This role involves the analysis of client inquiries and managing the inquiry to closure through the established software support processes utilized at Eldorado. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, as well as the ability to optimize resources and expertise from the team while fostering a cooperative spirit. This position is responsible for organizing, tracking and prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks involving people from various functional areas. Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and correcting application code for use in the area of healthcare claims management.




  • Provide industry and product expertise helping clients successfully maximize Eldorado (ECI) product functionality and features
  • Understand system interfaces, the import/export of claims, eligibility, providers, accumulators, etc.
  • Audit benefit administration logic including analyzing the claims benefit processing parameters (plan) and claims testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and the application of root cause analysis findings towards process improvement.
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate directly with client to resolves problems.
  • Produce high quality work that is thorough, accurate and timely.
  • Accurately maintain records and while meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Work with internal and external clients including all levels of management.
  • Capture detail of each support request in JIRA system.



  • The Client Account Manager must have a business or technical college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of claims administration, membership, providers, benefits, premium billing, medical terms, pricing logic, etc.
  • Detailed business knowledge of Health Plans and TPAs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A minimum of 5 years client involvement with a proven record of interacting with clients in a positive, professional and tactful manner.
  • A minimum of 5 years Healthcare claims processing or Healthcare equivalent work experience.
  • Solid understanding of benefit plans and their application towards claims processing.
  • Strict attention to detail and documents approach for others to follow.
  • Has professional, reassuring demeanor when addressing problems or issues.
  • Focuses on needs of clients and competitive environment.
  • Capable of clearly explaining complex topics.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of product development methodologies and processes, strong communication skills, and effective presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to perform reasoning to enable planning and tracking of complex implementation projects.



  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in all operational areas of a health plan / TPA.
  • Hands on experience with claims, eligibility, benefit Plans, providers, and EDI processes are a must.
  • This is a client facing function, and the candidates must be able to interact with all levels, including C-level Executives.
  • Candidate must live in Arizona (Phoenix Metro Area); we do not relocate.
